Refund policy

At Foley’s: The Philly Sports Shop, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window for most items, with some important exceptions.

Eligibility

•  You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).

•  Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached, and in resalable condition.

•  We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns within the United States.

Non-Returnable Items

•  Signed Memorabilia – All sales are final due to the unique and authenticated nature of these items.

•  Trading cards (opened packs or individual cards).

•  Custom or personalized items.

•  Clearance, final sale, or closeout items.

How to Return an Item

1.  Email us at Admin@FoleysOnSouth.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

2.  We will review your request and send you a prepaid return shipping label (if approved).

3.  Ship the item back using the provided label.

4.  Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Important Notes

•  Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

•  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the return is not approved or falls outside our policy.

•  We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our conditions.
